Grilled salmon steaks
My standard salmon recipe from "food.com" adapted to my taste.

Mix marinade ingredients and put on the salmon. I leave out the EVOO as I feel that the salmon is too oily to need extra oil.

Leave to marinade all morning or an hour or a half at least. You can use right away but the marinade taste won't be as strong, in this case add more salt and pepper.

Cook in a preheated stove-top-grill-pan for 5 mins on each side or in a preheated 200°C oven for 15 min on each side. Start skin side up. Use a grill pan to lift the salmon away from its oil drippings for a less fatty outcome.

Serve flaked on top of a salad or with fries or rice with cooked broccoli or prepared spinach. You can scatter the flakes on a pizza with shrimps and cappers for a seafood pizza as well
