Healthy and yummy cake #Superfoodquinoa
Place quinoa in dry skillet, and toast until light brown.
Sift flour with baking soda baking powder and salt.
Mix 1 cup sugar Fold in vanilla, quinoa flour, milk and mango
Transfer batter to pan, place in oven and bake for 4minutes in microwave or until cake tester comes out clean Remove from oven.
Heat pan add 1tsp water.add sugar when dissolve add mango puree and cornlour. Stire continually when sauce become some glassy and thick switch off gas.
Gently spread this mixture on top of cake.
