A power pack and super healthy dish. It is not only healthy but also delicious and mouthwatering. My signature dish and a super heat recipe. Do try out and I am sure you will like it.
In a pot add the washed quinoa and water and cook for about 15 mins.
Drain the water completely from the quinoa and add them in a mixing bowl.
Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the chopped cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios, raisins, walnuts and roast them for 1-2 mins.
Add the cooked quinoa, sugar, figs, dates and roast them on high heat for 5-7 and take off the heat.
Garnish with chopped candied cherries and black grapes and serve.
