Ghee Roasted Quinoa Nuts And Dry Fruits

A power pack and super healthy dish. It is not only healthy but also delicious and mouthwatering. My signature dish and a super heat recipe. Do try out and I am sure you will like it.

Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1 cup Quinoa
  2. 3 tbsps ghee
  3. Water to cook the quinoa
  4. 5 dates roughly chopped
  5. 3 figs chopped
  6. 6 cashewnuts chopped
  7. 6 almonds chopped
  8. 10 pistachios chopped
  9. 2 tbsps chopped walnut
  10. 2 tbsps Candied cherry chopped
  11. Few black grapes to garnish
  12. 1 tbsp sugar
  13. 2 tbsps raisins

Steps

20-25 mins
  1. In a pot add the washed quinoa and water and cook for about 15 mins.

  2. Drain the water completely from the quinoa and add them in a mixing bowl.

  3. Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the chopped cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios, raisins, walnuts and roast them for 1-2 mins.

  4. Add the cooked quinoa, sugar, figs, dates and roast them on high heat for 5-7 and take off the heat.

  5. Garnish with chopped candied cherries and black grapes and serve.
