Honey Soy Glazed Talapia

Wanted a sweet and savory fish sauce, and this has proved Very popular amongst my friends and family.



2 servings
  1. 2 Talapia Filets
  2. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  3. 3 tbsp soy sauce
  4. 1/4 tbsp honey
  5. 1/4 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 tsp paprika
  7. 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  8. 2 tsp olive oil
  9. 1 salt and pepper to taste

    Mix ingredients in a small bowl and stir well to dissolve brown sugar. Let mixture sit while you prepare fish.

    Put about 1 tablespoons of olive oil in medium pan and set to high to heat up oil

  3. Add Photo

    Rub paprika, garlic powder and salt onto filets

  4. Add Photo

    Turn heat down to medium high and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

    Drizzle sauce over filets, do this for both sides while they are still in the pan, but after the fish is fully cooked

  6. Add Photo

    Keep on heat for about 1 more minute then remove from pan and serve.
