Ingredients

  1. 2 big potato
  2. 100 gms Besan
  3. to taste Salt
  4. to taste Red Chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp Garam masal
  6. As needed Oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add besan and spices and water, make pakoda batter.

  2. 2

    Cut all potato in to thin sliced and wash and then dry with kitchen towel.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in kadhai and deep fry all potato pakoda.

  4. 4

    Serve with tomato sauce.
