I love deviled eggs, but only really make them for large get togethers. This egg salad curbs the craving when there are no birthdays or hollidays, and it's easier to throw together.

Ingredients

8-10 servings
  1. 12 large eggs
  2. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  3. 1 tbsp dill
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  6. 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  7. to taste Paprika

Cooking Instructions

    Boil eggs for 18 min

  2. 2

    Drain, rinse with cold water and store in the refrigerator for one hour.

    Peel eggs and seperate yolks and whites breaking up the whites into smallish pieces.

  4. 4

    Smash the yolks with a fork. Mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper with the yolks.

    Once the yolk mixture is blended well, mix in the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
