2 barbecue roasted fish

3 cubes knorr spice

2 tablespoon blended crayfish

1 cup palm oil

Cooked white rice with green beans and carrot
Cooking Instructions

Place a pot on a heat sauce

Add oil and allow for 3 seconds

Add onions and blended tomatoes

Fry until the water in the tomatoes is dried

Add fish, spice, garlic, ginger, crayfish and stir for 2 minutes

Add 1/2 cup water, salt to taste and allow to boil for 15 minutes
