Ingredients

  1. 300 gr chicken without skin
  2. 1 tbsp sake
  3. Salt and pepper
  4. Sauce :
  5. 2 tbsp sake
  6. 2 tbsp mirin
  7. 1 tbsp seed oil for fry
  8. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  9. 1 tbsp sugar
  10. 1 tbsp flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients for chicken

    Mix well with your hand

  3. 3

    Mix all your sauce ingredients

  4. 4

    Fried your chicken with medium low fire, cose pan and wait 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Flip over after 3 minutes, close pan and wait 3 minutes

  6. 6

    After done, with low fire pour your sauce to chicken then saute. After your sauce like pasta its done
