Ingredients

500 g Chicken breast

3 Pineapple rings, fried, cubes

1 Red Bell pepper, cubes

1 onion, cubes

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 tbs brown sugar

to taste Salt and pepper

1 tbsp spanish paprika

1 tsp cayenne powder
Cooking Instructions

Marinate chicken breast in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, spa ish paprika, cayenne. 20minutes.

In a pan, put small amount of oil, pan sear pineapple then chicken. Set aside.

Same pan, saute garlic, onion, bell peppers. pour the Worcestershire sauce marinate add sugar bring to boil.

Thinly slice chicken breast. Plate and serve.
