Bacon,spinach and mushroom quiche

Ingredients

  1. 6 large eggs
  2. 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  3. 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
  4. 1 packet bacon fried and crumbled
  5. 1/2 onion diced
  6. 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
  7. 1 refrigerated pie crust
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 350 beat the 6 eggs heavy cream, salt and pepper in a blender or with hand mixer in a bowl

    In a 9 inch glass pie plate spray nonstick spray then lay the pie crust on the pie plate then add cheese, bacon, spinach and mushrooms onto the pie crust then pour egg and heavy cream mixture over the ingredients.

    Put in over and bake for 35-45 minutes.
