1/2 cup pure coconut water

2 ribs (or sticks) of celery, chopped

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 frozen banana

Cooking Instructions

Put all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend for about 50-55 seconds. If using the Nutri Ninja Blender, you can push Blend, but you'll need a few more seconds.
