Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup pure coconut water
  2. 2 ribs (or sticks) of celery, chopped
  3. 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  4. 1/2 cup loosely packed spinach
  5. 1 frozen banana
  6. 1 cup ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend for about 50-55 seconds. If using the Nutri Ninja Blender, you can push Blend, but you'll need a few more seconds.

    Pour into glass and enjoy!

I love to bake. I recently purchased a Nutri Ninja Blender and a KitchenAid stand mixer. Trying to balance sweets and healthy smoothies and other concoctions I can make with my blender. :)
