Italian summer pasta salad



  1. 1/2 of a cucumber cut into chunks
  2. 1/2 cup green pepper diced
  3. 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced in 3
  4. Handful pepperoni sliced in 4
  5. 1/4 cup chedder cheese shredded
  6. 3 cups pasta
  7. 4 tbs apple cider vinegar
  8. 2 tbs olive oil
  9. 2 tsp mccormick salad supreme seasoning


  1. Boil pasta til al dente.

  2. Rinse pasta with cold water and add oil and stir.

  3. Cut up vegatables, pepperoni and add cheese to a bowl. Add vinegar and seasoning and mix well.

  4. Add pasta once cool. And enjoy. For better flavor let in sit over night in fridge so the flavor sets in.
