  1. 4 fillets of lotte
  2. 1 large table spoon of pesto

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up the oven at 170dC

  2. 2

    Dip the fish in the pesto and roll them

  3. 3

    Put in baking pot and bake for 35min

Looks great, thanks for the inspiration I always think of pairing pesto with pasta so definitely going to give it a go with fish!
