Ingredients

  3. miced chicken
  4. onion

    ALL YOU NEED IS TO Peel the sweet potatoes and yam, cut into pieces add them into pot add salt for taste add 2spoon of sugar boil in water for about until done and soft...

    Remove the potatoes and yam from the water cool for 15mint.. boil your miced chicken with black paper,thyme and some salt..add into the yam potatoes mash them add Maggi cut garlic and onion with scotch pepper into small pieces add into the yam potatoe and mash until the yam is a bit smooth..

    You then roll it with your palms into a small ball keep aside..Do this until the yam paste has finished..

    Break 2 egg add chilli paper add ginger powder add small amount of maggi mix it well and add your yam potatoes ball inside it turns them well..

    Then Heat a deep pan on your gas stove or charcoal, add vegetable oil into the pan, when the oil has become hot, add the yam potatoes balls in to the oil and fry until all the sides are brown...

    YouTransfer the fried yam potatoes balls into a paper towel and fry the next set. When you are completely done frying all the yam balls, leave them in a strainer to drain the excess oil...then enjoy
