Ingredients

  1. 6 Corn-On-The-Cob
  2. 6 Tbsp. Soften Real Butter
  3. 1 Cup Of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  4. 1 Cup Of Mayonnaise Of Choice
  5. 2 Limes
  6. 1/2 Cup Of Freshly Chopped Cilantro
  7. to taste Red Chili Pepper;
  8. Salt & Black Pepper
  9. Aluminium Foil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak Corn-on-the-cobs in cold water for 30 to 60 minutes.

    Remove husks and stock.

  3. 3

    Lay out 6 pieces of aluminum foil.

  4. 4

    Spread corn with butter and salt and pepper and wrap them up in the foil.

  5. 5

    Grill or Roast corn in an oven for 25 t0 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove from grill/oven; immediately spread with mayonnaise; then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, red chili pepper, and chopped fresh cilantro; then squeeze lime juice over it. Serve and enjoy!
