6 Corn-On-The-Cob

6 Tbsp. Soften Real Butter

1 Cup Of Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Cup Of Mayonnaise Of Choice

2 Limes

1/2 Cup Of Freshly Chopped Cilantro

to taste Red Chili Pepper;

Salt & Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Soak Corn-on-the-cobs in cold water for 30 to 60 minutes.

Remove husks and stock.

Lay out 6 pieces of aluminum foil.

Spread corn with butter and salt and pepper and wrap them up in the foil.

Grill or Roast corn in an oven for 25 t0 30 minutes.

Remove from grill/oven; immediately spread with mayonnaise; then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, red chili pepper, and chopped fresh cilantro; then squeeze lime juice over it. Serve and enjoy!
