Spanish Omelette




2 Person
  1. 3 Potatoes medium size
  2. 1 Onion medium size
  3. 5-6 Eggs
  4. To taste Salt
  5. 1 tsp Pepper powder
  6. 2 tsp Olive oil

  1. Add Photo

    Heat oil in a pan, add sliced potato and onion, cover the lid and for 3-4 Minutes.

  2. Add Photo

    Add eggs, salt and pepper beat it well, add half cooked potato and onion and mix well.

  3. Add Photo

    Pour this mixture in a pan and cook for 2 minutes on a low flame.

  4. Add Photo

    Flip it on a plate cook again for 3 mins for another side. Serve hot.
