Recipe from Craveable Keto Cookbook
This was a quick fix and not bad if you're craving a Big Mac. I like the meat still warm to melt the cheese. I also used bottled dressing at 5 carbs/2 T serving.
Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 large head romaine lettuce, shredded

3/4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/3 c sliced dill pickles

1/2 c Thousand Island dressing

2 T toasted sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions

In large skillet over medium heat, combine beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until beef is browned through. Set aside and let cool.

In large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, beef mixture, cheese and pickles. Toss to combine.

Drizzle dressing on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
