  1. 2 beetroot boiled
  2. 2 potatoes boiled
  3. 8 slices bread
  4. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 2 tsp amchur powder
  6. 2 tsp chat masala
  7. 2 tsp salt
  8. 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    A full power packed breakfast for kids tiffins.

    Firstly grate the boiled beetroot and potatoes in a separate plate.

  3. 3

    Sqeeze out the excess water from the beetroot and mix with the grated potatoes.
    Now mix all the above ings
    mix it well.

    Now take 2 slices of bread place the beetroot mixture on one slice of bread.

    Spread it nicely on the bread now cover it with another slice of bread.

    Heat 1 tsp of oil on tava put the sandwich and roast it nicely both the sides till it is crispy and brownish in colour.

    Serve hot with ketchup
