Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 g flour
  2. 15 ml olive oil
  3. 150 ml water
  4. 20 g salt
  5. prosciutto
  6. toppings as you like (this time, tomato sauce, cheese, green pepper)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour, olive oil, water, salt all together and make a dough.

    Flatten the dough and put toppings on top.

  3. 3

    Put prosciutto on top and put it in the oven at 300℃ for 13 minutes.

    Get it out of the oven and put it on the plate.

    Buon Appetito! This is in Tokyo, but my heart is in Parma!
