Vanilla cheesecake topped with chocolate and caramel

Ingredients

  1. 1 backet of dream whip or you can use whipping cream
  2. 2 table spoons of sugar or as you like
  3. 1 backet of cream cheese
  4. 12 grams gelatin
  5. Vanilla extract
  6. 2 backets of plain biscuits or digestive biscuits
  7. 70 grams butter

Cooking Instructions

    Crush your biscuits until very fine

    Melt your butter and add to the biscuits

  3. 3

    Arrange you're biscuits in the bottom of the cheesecake pan equally and press them, put in the freezer until you make cream layer

    Whip cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract alone

  5. 5

    Whip cream alone

  6. 6

    Add cream to cream cheese mixture and mix

  7. 7

    Dissolve your gelatin in warm water and add slowly to the mixture

  8. 8

    Pour over the biscuits layer ang put it in the fridge for 5 hours at least

  9. 9

    For the top, chocolate ganash and caramel in any way you want, you can write or draw any thing

  10. 10

    Pon appetite
