Sausage, Mushroom, Asparagus Delight

Found a version of this recipe somewhere but can no longer find it! Reinventing the wheel!!



  1. 5 Mild Italian Sausage
  2. 1 Bunch Asparagus
  3. 16 Oz Whole Baby Bella Mushrooms
  4. 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
  5. 1/4 Cup Granulated Garlic
  6. 1 Tbs Pepper
  7. 2 Tbs Butter
  8. 2 cups Cooked Rice or Noodles


  1. Cook sausage until done.

  2. Cook rice or noodles and set aside. I used Jasmine INSTANT rice so I did this step last.

  3. Clean mushrooms and depending on size, cut into 1/2 or 1/4.

  4. Clean asparagus and cut in 1/2.

  5. Add butter to pan, melt then add mushrooms, asparagus and garlic. Sauté until tender.

  6. Add parmesan and sausage to sauté. Mix Well.

  7. Add mixture over rice/ noodles and enjoy!
