1 cup rice

1 pkt canned corn kernels (makai ke dane)

1 1/2 cup cooked corn

1 capsicum,

1 big tomato

1/2 cup paneer pieces

1 onion,

3 spring onion,

1 piece ginger

4 tbsp ghee
-
to taste Salt

2 tsp curry powder
-
6 cloves garlic (lehsun)
Cooking Instructions

Boil the rice.Rice should be separate.

Open the pkt of corn and make a paste.cut all the veggies into small pieces.chop the leaves of the spring onions.

Heat the ghee in a karahi and fry the onions for 2 min.

Add the paste and fry for 3 min.

Add the curry powder and fry again for 1 min.

Add the veggies and cooked for 3 min.

Add the rice,corn and salt.Cook for 5 min.

Serve hot.
