Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 1 pkt canned corn kernels (makai ke dane)
  3. 1 1/2 cup cooked corn
  4. 1 big tomato
  5. 1/2 cup paneer pieces
  6. 1 onion,
  7. 1 piece ginger
  8. 4 tbsp ghee
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 2 tsp curry powder
  11. 6 cloves garlic (lehsun)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the rice.Rice should be separate.

    Open the pkt of corn and make a paste.cut all the veggies into small pieces.chop the leaves of the spring onions.

    Heat the ghee in a karahi and fry the onions for 2 min.

    Add the paste and fry for 3 min.

    Add the curry powder and fry again for 1 min.

  6. 6

    Add the veggies and cooked for 3 min.

    Add the rice,corn and salt.Cook for 5 min.

    Serve hot.
