Pakwan

1 cup all purpose flour

1 pinch cumin seeds

to taste Salt

2 tbsp oil

As needed Oil for frying

Dal.

1 cup chana dal
-
1 tomato chopped
-
2 green chilli chopped
-
1 small piece of ginger chopped

as needed Coriander leaves chopped

to taste Salt

1 tsp chilli powder
-
1/4 tsp haldi powder
-
1/4 tsp dhaniya powder

1/4 tsp amchur powder / lemon juice

1/4 tsp garam masala
-
2 tbsp ghee
-
pinch Hing,

1/2 tsp jeera,

1/2 tsp rai
Cooking Instructions

Pakwan........Take a bowl.add all purpose flour, cumin seeds,salt and 2 tbsp oil.mix well.

Make a soft dough with adding water and keep aside for 30 min.

Now make Pakwan like u make thin chapati / poori shape.

Prick the chapati with folk.

Heat enough oil in a pan.Deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy in a medium flame

Dal.............Soak chana and moong dal for 1/2 an hour

Add salt and haldi powder and pressure cook for 2 -3 whistle.

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.Add cumin seeds to crackle.

Add chopped tomato, ginger or green chilli and saute for 2 min.add all masale and mix well.Cook 2 min.

Add in boiled dal.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
