Ingredients

200 gr mixed fruit (apple, pear, Banana,...)

2 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, Sesame Seeds, flax seeds,...)

2 tbsp oat flakes

5 cherries

1 tsp ground Coconut

1 tsp Almond flakes

3 tbsp Yogurt

Cut the fruit into small pieces and put in a bowl.

Put the oat flakes, the mixed seeds, the ground coconut and the almond flakes over the fruit. Spoon also the yogurt over it.

Peel the cherries, cut into pieces and finish it off. Lets eat!
