Ingredients

  1. 1 can Chickpeas
  2. 1/2 Lemon
  3. 1 Clove Garlic
  4. 2 tbsp Tahina Paste (shake well before use)
  5. 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  7. 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  8. to taste Salt and pepper

  2. Open the can of Chickpeas and drain a little of the liquid out into the sink

  3. Empty the can into the blender

  4. Then add the juice of the lemon / tahina paste / garlic / olive oil / spices / a little salt and pepper to the blender

  5. Blend until you have a thick and smooth Hummus
