Tofu and century egg salad

Served chilled. A nicely blend of tofu and century egg in one fresh and delicious dish.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 block soft tofu
  2. 1-2 pieces century eggs
  3. 3 tbsp soy sauce
  4. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  5. 1 tsp refine sugar
  6. Pork floss
  7. Spring onions (optional)

  1. Open the soft tofu and quickly rinse in water, then gently place in a plate

  2. Slice century eggs and put in the top of tofu.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.. Then pour onto the tofu.

  4. Put pork floss (as many as desired)

  5. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Enjoy!
