Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 pkg (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  2. 1/2 c. butter (1 stick), melted
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style corn
  5. 1 can (15 oz) sweet whole kernel corn, drained
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1 c. sour cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Melt butter

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients, place in 8x8 greased pan (or any 2 quart casserole dish)

    Bake 35-45 minutes, or until set.
