Sweet Corn Spoon Bread

I make this side dish for Easter, and any other time! So easy, and just the right amount of sweetness!
Ingredients

1 pkg (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix

1/2 c. butter (1 stick), melted

3 eggs

1 can (15 oz) sweet whole kernel corn, drained

1/2 tsp salt

1 c. sour cream
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Melt butter

Combine all ingredients, place in 8x8 greased pan (or any 2 quart casserole dish)

Bake 35-45 minutes, or until set.
