Weightloss juice
It is a recipe posted by Demic and I decided to recreate it and loved it.
Ingredients

5 cloves Garlic

5 Lemons

6 Limes

1 medium sized Ginger

2 L Mineral Water

Glass jars
Cooking Instructions

Wash all your ingredients (except water of course hahaha) in warm water.

Slice your lemons in half and juice them using a Juice extractor. Squeeze well to remove the juice. Now do not discard the flesh; we still have use for it.

Peel your ginger and garlic and cut into smaller sizes.

Gently pour the extracted lemon juice into a Blender. Add your ginger and garlic and blend until you have a smooth consistency

Heat up your mineral water in a pot. When it comes to a boil, add the lemon. Now you also add the lime after cutting in the middle. Add your mixture from the blender into the pot as well. Let everything simmer for 5mins.

Bring down the pot from your stove. Dish out the lemons and limes and discard. Let your drink cool down.

When cool, pour into several tight sealed glass containers and keep in a cool dry place.

Drink a glass first thing every morning on an empty stomach. You would be surprised at how much belly fat and weight you would lose.
