  1. 2 lbs Ground Beef/Turkey
  2. 1/2 small White Onion, peeled and grated
  3. 3 tbps Mayonnaise
  4. 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  5. 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  6. to Taste Salt and Pepper
  7. 1/2 c Salsa
  8. 6-8 gluten free Hamburger Buns or large Lettuce leaves
  9. Fresh fruit or veggies as side dish

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Preheat grill over medium

  2. Add Photo

    Mix ground beef, mayonnaise, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder together

  3. Add Photo

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Make 6 – 8 burger patties depending on how large you want them

  4. Add Photo

    Grill to desired temperature

  5. Add Photo

    Serve with fresh fruit or veggies.
