Ingredients

10 min prep, 45 min baking
Makes 12 servings
  1. 12 fresh jalepenos
  2. 1 pack bacon (2 rashes per jalepeno)
  3. 1/4 block sharp cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425• Fahrenheit & grease a baking pan

  2. 2

    Cut the ends off of jalepenos, half, and remove cores with a spoon.

  3. 3

    Cut cheese into spears, slice to fit jalepenos, and fill jalepeno halves

  4. 4

    Wrap bacon rashes around stuffed jalepeno halves, starting at the back & covering the opening so the cheese doesn’t melt out

  5. 5

    Bake for 45 minutes. Some charing is preferable.
