Simple Parmesan Portobellos

As you already noticed, we are crazy about Portobellos! This recipe is the simplest we have. It’s quick, easy and you can do it with regular stuff from your fridge.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Pound Portobellos
  2. 5 Leaves Parsley
  3. To taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the Portobellos with plenty of water and remove the stems as shown.

  2. 2

    Fill the holes with butter.

  3. 3

    Mince thinly the Parsley leaves.

  4. 4

    Grind the Parmesan Cheese.

  5. 5

    Place the Portobellos in a baking tray and cover them with the grinded Cheese, Parsley and Salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Place the tray on the grill at medium heat for 20 min. If you want to speed up you can cover the tray with aluminium foil.

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy!
