3 tablespoons wheat bran 2 teaspoons baking powder

Add apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar to warm water, mix and add vegetable oil.
Add bran, baking powder to the flour, pour in water, knead dough with a spatula. We spread on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame or sunflower seeds, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
If you want a soft crust, you need to sprinkle the bread after baking with water, and wrap up with a towel, leave it for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal. -
