My gluten free version of Kentucky Fried Chicken popcorn chicken

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1 cup Buttermilk

1 cup gluten free flour

1/2 tsp Dried Thyme

2 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Ground Ginger

1 tsp Garlic Salt

1/2 tsp Dried Basil

1/3 tsp Dried Oregano

1/2 tsp Celery Salt

1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper

1 L Vegetable Oil
Cooking Instructions

Cut Chicken Breast into 1-centimeter pieces, about the size of a piece of popcorn. Transfer to a bowl.

Season chicken with Salt and pour Buttermilk over top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Into a baking dish, add All-Purpose gluten free Flour, Dried Thyme, Paprika, Ground Ginger, Garlic Salt, Dried Basil, Dried Oregano, Celery Salt, Dry Mustard, and Ground White Pepper, and Salt. Mix well.

Coat chicken pieces in the gluten free flour and the spice mixture.

Heat Vegetable Oil to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain finished pieces on a paper towel.
