Ingredients

  1. 1 round ripe squash diced without peeling
  2. 1 big piece of ginger diced
  3. 5-6 cloves garlic half long cut
  4. 3-4 green chili sliced
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. Few chilli flakes
  8. 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  10. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  12. Pinch black pepper powder
  13. Half teaspoon turmeric
  14. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  15. 2 diced red tomatoes
  16. 2 tablespoons sugar any white or brown

Cooking Instructions

    First deep fry the diced squash

  2. 2

    Now in different pan roast cumin seeds+ginger+garlic+coriander seeds

  3. 3

    After roast properly 2 to 3 minutes add green chilli and diced tomatoes.add sugar too

  4. 4

    Add fried squash too and continue at low flame.cover the utensil

  5. 5

    Check every after one minute and roast for 6 to 7 minutes

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves
