Ingredients

  1. 1 onion
  2. 3 cloves garlic
  3. 1 red/green pepper
  4. 1 hot pepper
  5. 5 tomatoes/ can of tomatoes/jar of spaghetti sauce
  6. Crushed chili
  7. Italian seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Add water, 4 table spoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of salt and let boil before adding pasta. Cook on high

  2. 2

Once boiled and pasta based on how many you need. Each box serves 4 people and divide as needed to cook. Usually takes about 10 minutes to cook, strain, and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter

  3. 3

Sauce can be made based on what you have. Best is from scratch with lots of veggies. Don’t worry, any combination will taste great. You start with your ingredients. I listed all that you can use

  4. 4

Start the sauce, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to your pot or pan, and ensure it is on medium high. warm oil for 1 minute, before you add garlic, chili, onion. Add what you have in your kitchen, stir for 2 minutes

  5. 5

Add veggies, add any veggies you have, bell peppers, mushrooms, asparagus is also good and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning or any fresh or dry herbs. Let cook for at least 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Do not burn. Add tomatoes/sauce / canned tomatoes. I usually will mix if I don’t have enough fresh tomatoes

  6. 6

Once pasta is done, strain and add 2 tablespoons of butter while pasta is hot and set aside. If you like meat, cook 1 pound of ground beef then cook in a separate pan. Add 1 cup of water to your already cooking tomatoes and veggies and cook another 5 minutes

  7. 7

If cooking meat, cook on high until meat is brown and juices reduce. If too much juice is there, strain some out. You can add it to your veggie sauce or just add jar of sauce on top! If you are not making your own sauce. I would add garlic and onions to the cooked meat and then add sauce to the meat

  8. 8

Cook the sauce another 5 minutes on medium heat until it all cooks and blends together
