Ingredients

  1. 5 small Cherry Tomato
  2. 1 ⁄4 cup Fresh Mozzarella
  3. 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. 1 ⁄2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  5. 2 pinches Sea Salt
  6. 4 leaves Fresh Basil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut tomatoes in halves.

    Cut mozzarella into medium bite size pieces.

  3. 3

    Toss tomatoes, mozzarella, and oil in small bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss in basil leaves. Remove from bowl leaving most of the oil behind. Enjoy!
