Ingredients

  1. 2 cups boiled spaghetti
  2. 1/2 cup dried red chilli paste
  3. 1 cup chopped onions
  4. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  5. 1 cup blanched and crushed tomatoes
  6. 2 tbsp spoon chopped tomatoes
  7. 1 tsp oregano
  8. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 2 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pan add oil once hot sauté onions until light pink

  2. 2

    Now add the chilli paste and cook until the raw smell of the garlic disappears.

  3. 3

    Add crushed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates. Now throw in the chopped tomatoes and wait until they turn mushy.

    Season with all the herbs salt and pepper powder.

    Mix well and slowly stir in the cooked spaghetti.Make sure the sauce covers all the spaghetti and serve hot
