Savoury Rice

This is my twist not the one my mom taught me but my creativity 😘😘😘 sorry mom😍😍😍
Ingredients

2 cups rice

2 cups water

1 cube chicken stock
-
1/2 of each Robot peppers each (yellow, green and red peppers) chopped

1 tsp Rajah medium curry cpice

1 tsp Dried Oregano
-
1 tsp chilli Aromat spice

1/2 onion, chopped
Cooking Instructions

Pour the rice in the pot and with water let it boil until it's cooked

Chop your onion and all the peppers then fry them in the pot and pour in chicken stock and season it and stir.

Then take the pot with the onion mix and put it aside.

Check your rice and rinse it and take it to stove for a final cook.

Then put the onion on the stove and then mix it with rice and stir till it's well mixed.

It tastes perfect and delicious

You can enjoy it with any meat but today I will enjoy with beef stew.

I started cooking at an early age, I always love to see my mom standing on the stove cooking or baking. I love food but funny too I don't finish my plate, also love to try to learn new skills cause I'm very good with my hands
