White sugar,
Room Temperature water,
Margarine/butter,
Golden Syrup,
condensed milk,
Vanilla essence,
Have a glass of water ready at your side to drop the mixture in to check if it is ready,
Make sure your pan/dish is greased before beginning the process,
If you don’t want traditional fudge, don’t put the vanilla at the end. You can put your favourite flavoured chocolate slab in (break it up and put it in) and stir till it has combined,
Could also add chopped biscuits/shortbread if you’d like,
Remember, you have to continuously stir this meaning you cannot leave your station, have everything ready. 🫡
