Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup or a little more of dark chocolate
  2. 2 eggs whites
  3. 1 tsp of milk(any kind will do just want something to help the chocolate be a little runny)
  4. 1 cream of tartar (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

First, you need to melt your chocolate, it doesn't really matter how you melt it long as it's melted. Let your melted chocolate cool.

  2. 2

In a separate bowl, add your eggs whites (and your cream of Tatar if using it). And whisk the heck out of it until you hold up whisk up and see the egg whites stand.

  3. 3

Add your chocolate to your eggs whites and FOLD in the chocolate carefully, then put in the refridgeator for a about 20 minutes to firm up.

  4. 4

After 20 minutes, serve immediately or if you're like me, you don't share and eat it out of the bowl!:)
