Grandma Linda's Irish Soda Bread
I made this tonight to go with our corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes for dinner. However, I made 2 alterations. I left out the raisins to keep it more on the savory side, and since I didn't have buttermilk (then found out I was out of vinegar, arg!) I used regular milk, but added 1 tsp cream of tarter to the dry ingredients to help make up for the absence of the buttermilk. So while it's not exactly "Grandma Linda's" we still greatly enjoyed this soda bread, and I thank you for the great recipe!

Slow Cooker Goulash
Awesome recipe with great instructions! I didn't have an infant like in the photo in step one, so I went next door and asked my neighbors if I could borrow one. They only had a toddler, and unfortunately, it was too big and didn't fit in my slow cooker, so I had to omit that ingredient, but it still turned out great! Seriously though, this was fantastic, and the leftovers today we're even better. Thanks for sharing!
