Ingredients

1 cup chopped mango
-
1/2 cup jamuns

1/2 cup low fat curds
-
1/4 cup milk
-
2 tsp sugar
-
2 tsp chia seeds/sabja seeds

2 tbsp milkmaid
Cooking Instructions

Wash and deseed the jamuns.

In a mixi blender,make a smooth paste of mangoes,milk and milkmaid.

Keep it in fridge for 30mins.

Separately blend jamuns,curds and sugar.

Soak chia seeds/sabja seeds for an hour.

Assembling....

In a glass first pour jamun smoothie.

Now add chia /sabja seeds.

Now pour, mango smoothie.

Jamun Mango Smoothie is ready to eat.

Serve cold or at room temperature.
