Ingredients

  1. 2 kamal kakri
  2. 1 tomato barik chop
  3. 1 green chilli chop
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger chop
  5. 1/2 tsp jeera heeng
  6. 1 tsp haldi
  7. 1 tsp dhniya powder
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp gram masala
  10. 1 tbsp musterd oil
  11. Salt taste to according

Cooking Instructions

    Kamal kakri ko peel karke acche se wash kar le. Phir chote chote cubs mein cuts karke pani mein 1 ya 2 hour ko daal de.

    Ab ek pan mein pani daale or gram Karein. Phir usme cuts curry hui kamal kakri daal kar boil kar le soft hone takh. Ab usse chalni mein chaan le.

    Ab karai mein oil daal kar gram Karein or jeera heeng daale. Phir green chilli or ginger daal kar sauté Karein. Ab tomato or sare masale daal kar acche se bhun le jab takh ki tomato soft na ho jae.

    Phir usme boil curry hui kamal kakri daal kar mix Karein or 1 tbsp pani daal kar dakh de medium flame par or pakne de.

    5 min takh asse hi pakate rhi sabji ko lakin beech beech mein sabji chalate rahein.
