Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Kodo millet
  2. 4 cups Water
  3. 1 punch
  4. piece Ginger small
  5. Green chillies 1or two
  6. 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  7. 1/4 tsp Urad dal
  8. 1 tbsp Peanuts
  9. Oil for tadka
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1 onion finely chopped
  12. 1 big red bell pepper
  13. 3 tbsp coconut
  14. 1/4 cup curd

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the millet in open boil method and cool it. Grind mint leaves, green chillies and ginger. In a heavy bottom pan add little oil, once it is hot add mustard seeds, urad dal m chanadal, peanuts, finely chopped onion.saute the onion till it is translucent then add grounded mint and salt. Cook till the water evaporated. Mix it with millets gently. For Raita. Heat roast the bell pepper peel and chop it finely. Grind the coconut and add to the chopped bell pepper. Give tadka. Add salt andcurd.

I will crush roasted peanuts add either bread crumbs or cooked mashed potatoes and make TIKKI
