Simple mutton leg soup

Ingredients

  1. 2 tsp clarified butter
  2. 1 small chopped onion
  3. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 4 pieces mutton legs washed
  5. 1/2 tsp pepper
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. Some chopped coriander leaves
  8. as per taste Salt
  9. as required Water

Cooking Instructions

    Take a cooker and heat some clarifies butter in it.

    Add bay leaf and cinnamon stick to it. Toss it then add chopped onions.

  3. 3

    Add coriander leaves with mint leaves and sauté it for some time.

  4. 4

    Add mutton legs and toss it. Add turmeric, salt and pepper powder and sauté it.

  5. 5

    Add lots of water to it and close the lid of the pressure cooker.

  6. 6

    Wait for at least 8 whistles. Check for salt and serve it in a bowl.
