Shami kabab

This fried dish having super duper taste . Shami kababs are also used in preparation of other starter meals like sandwiches, burger and roll etc. It is eaten as a snack or an appetizer.
Ingredients

2 pao chanay ki daal

6 badi elaichi

2 tsp kuti laal mirch

2 inch ke 3 piece chopped ginger

1 bunch chopped dhaniya leaves

Beef ke keemay ko saaf kar ke isay ik pateelay me dal lein aur isme itna pani dalen ke keema gal jaye. isi pateeli me piyaz, sabut garammasalay, sabut lehson adrak aur chanay ki daal dal ke medium flame per charha dein.

Jab pani khusk ho jaye aur keema aur daal gal jaye to is ko pees lein.

Ab isme anday, chopped piyaz, chopped dhaniya, chopped hari mirch, salt dal kar achi tarha milayen.

Ab is ke ik barabar ke balls bana lein.

Phir isko hatheli ki madad se press kar ke kabab ki shape dein.

Isay taway par low to medium anch par fry kar lein. agar ap freeze karna chahte hain to halka fry kar ke ik box me rakh lein aur freeze karden. jab jab zaroorat pare nikal ke fry kar lein.
