Stuffed Capsicum(Paneer And Potato)

3 Medium sized Capsicum

100 grams Paneer(cottage cheese)

1 Medium sized Potato

1 Medium sized tomato

2 Tea spoon Besan(Gram flour)

5 Cloves Garlic(lehsun)

1 Tea Spoon Cumin seeds(Jeera)

3-4 Green Chillies

1 Tea Spoon Chilli Powder

1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

Salt (As per taste)

Curd with Sugar(Optional)

Chop Paneer, Potato and tomato into small pieces

Chop Garlic Cloves and Green Chillies finely

Take 1 table Spoon Oil in a kadai, once it is Properly hot, add chopped Garlic and Chillies to it, fry it for few seconds. Now add chopped Potatoes and Paneer to it, fry till it turns golden brown. Then add Besan to it fry it properly for 3-4 minutes on medium flames. Now add Chopped tomato to it, fry it properly. Once it's done, add spices to it and fry for few minutes. Check that the potatoes are soft properly. Stuffing is ready.

Now Cut Capsicum in two halves from between, as shown in picture and fill it with the prepared Stuffing tightly with the help of teaspoon, pressing the stuffing inside.

Add some butter on the top of it. Take a frying Pan, heat some oil and fry the stuffed capsicum at slow flames, close the pan by some lead. Fry for about 10 minutes on slow flames. Your capsicum will be ready once it is soft properly and greenish brown in colour.

You can add Sugared Curd on the top just to give a twist in taste(Completely optional)
