  2. 1 Onion
  3. 5 cloves Garlic
  4. 1 spoon Olive Oil
  5. Spices:

Cooking Instructions

    Add Oil, 0nions, Red Pepper, Garlic and all spices. Cook until soft.

    Add shredded Chicken of Beef. Add 1/2 cup of water.
