Baked lemon parmesan salmon Asparagus in foil

4-6 Salmon fillets

1 lb Asparagus/green beans

1/2 cup butter

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoons minced garlic

1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 cup grated cheese
-
Optional : fresh herbs for topping
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and slightly grease with cooking spray

Arrange salmon in the center and Asparagus around the sides. Lemon slices under the edge of salmon

Season salmon and asparagus with salt and pepper

In a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Once melted stir in garlic and Italian seasoning. Pour mixture over salmon and Asparagus. Sprinkle parmesan over salmon and Asparagus.

Bake for 10mins, then change to broil and cook another 5-7mins. Top with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
