Ingredients

  1. 4-5 spoon ghee/ oil
  2. 1 spoon raisins
  3. 10 cashews
  4. as needed dry nuts
  5. 1/2 cup semolina
  6. 1 1/2 ccup drinking water
  7. Pinch orange food colour
  8. 1 cup sugar
  9. 1/2 spoon cardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan heat up 1 spoon ghee / oil saute dry nuts remove on plate keep aside Take semolina sieve it.

    In same panin remaining ghee saute semolina till light golden colour after roasting switch off the gas remove on plate keep aside again in same pan pour water add 1 spoon water mix n boil it

    After boiling add pinch colur mix it on slow flame. Now add roasted semolina and cook stir it

  4. 4

    After stirring add sugar n cook till sugar dissolves now add 1 spoon ghee again mix well 2 min cook it.

  5. 5

    For 2 min cover pan on slow flame add saute dry nuts green cardemom powder mix all well.

  6. 6
